How to become a dealer?
- Simply fill out the information form and submit it back to us and we will set you up in our system with a dealer number so you can submit Cedit Applications immediately.
- We will process your applications and send you approval via fax.
- You will need to print the complete dealer application and submit it to us by mail or overnight express once all documents are completed.
- You will only need to print out the documents that pertain to your Company. (Example: If you are a Corporation, you need to print the Corporate Resolution. If you are a Partnership, you need to print the Partnership Resolution.) Make sure all authorized signers are added.
- If you have prepared Financial Statements, you can send them instead of using our forms.
Completed Dealer Documents that need to be sent back to CHFS:
- Dealer application (Online Form or PDF)
- Certificate of Authorization
- Dealer Agreement
- Resolution (Corporate or Partnership)

- Copy of Your Voided Work Order with your Right to Cancel
- Copy of Warranties on any Products you Sell
We must have your Completed Dealer Application prior to any Funding.
On-Line Printing of Loan Documents:
Printing Documents and Reports are very simple. All forms are printed in a PDF format. Once we have you in our Dealer system, you will be assigned a Dealer Number. Go to the Dealer Login, put in your Number and then you will be ask to set up a password. You will be able to view all Loan Applications, Status on any loan, and Print documents on all approved Loans. Various Reports and Approval Letters.
Funding:
We fund upon completion of the work. You must have the customer sign a Completion Certificate when the work is completed. We will phone audit the Customer prior to funding your loan. We will send your funds via overnight express or via wire transfer.

You can contact anytime online. Simply fill out the online form with comments and submit it to us.

Online Payment Processing:
We offer on line payment processing to all our customers. When making online payments you will need your Loan account Number or the Primary Borrower's Social Security Number to login in. Once you log in you can set up your Login Name and Password for future Pmts.
Online Statements:
You can check the status of your loan account at anytime. Once you have logged in you can print your statement on line at anytime you wish. This gives you the ability to check your loan at any time.
Loan Payoff Inquiry:
Our loans do not have a prepayment penalty, but the interest is charged daily. In order to get the correct payoff amount you will need to contact our office at 1-888-236-1992. You can do this on line or by calling our Customer Service Department.
